Job summary

LA Solar Group is seeking a motivated Solar Project Manager Representative to oversee the complete project lifecycle from planning to close, with a focus on solar and battery storage projects.

The candidate will manage timelines, coordinate sales, design, installation crews, electricians, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication and CRM-driven updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage solar and battery projects from contract signing to final inspection
• Serve as main point of contact for customers throughout each project phase
• Coordinate internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Schedule site surveys, permitting, interconnection, inspections, and activations
• Maintain project timelines and updates in the CRM
• Address customer inquiries professionally and provide timely resolutions
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups and warranty/service support
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
• Stay updated on solar tech and incentive programs to assist customers
• Communicate project status and documents via the CRM
