Join an innovative, AI-driven technology environment transforming how customers discover and purchase products online. As an Integration Engineer, you will help e-commerce businesses successfully connect their websites and mobile applications to an advanced search and product discovery platform. You will combine technical troubleshooting, API guidance, and customer support to ensure smooth integrations and reliable product search experiences. Working closely with customers and Customer Success teams, you will help resolve technical challenges, optimize product catalog configurations, and make complex technical concepts easier to understand. You will also contribute to better onboarding processes and technical documentation, helping customers achieve value from the platform more efficiently. Accountabilities

• Customer onboarding and integration support: Guide e-commerce customers through the technical integration process, understand their requirements, and help them connect their websites and mobile applications to the platform.

• API and library guidance: Provide technical assistance on REST APIs, integration best practices, and the use of open-source libraries to help customers implement solutions effectively.

• Technical troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve integration issues, working closely with Customer Success teams and other technical specialists to identify appropriate solutions.

• Product catalog and index configuration: Help customers upload and configure catalog data, including facets, searchable attributes, sorting options, and search result retrieval.

• Customer communication: Serve as a technical point of contact, responding promptly to inquiries and explaining technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Documentation and knowledge sharing: Record customer interactions, recurring issues, and resolutions while improving integration guides, troubleshooting resources, and onboarding documentation.

• Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline integration workflows, improve support processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to address complex technical questions and ensure customers receive accurate, timely assistance.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar customer-facing technical role.

• Understanding of REST-based web services, APIs, and common integration practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to audiences with different levels of technical expertise.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to diagnosing issues and finding practical solutions.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing responsive, high-quality customer support.

• Familiarity with structured data formats such as JSON and CSV, as well as basic search and indexing concepts, is an advantage.

• Experience using debugging tools such as browser developer tools, API clients like Postman, and application logs is beneficial.

• Understanding of A/B testing, client-side and server-side environments, HTTP, and network request routing is an advantage.

• Familiarity with JavaScript web application development, open-source libraries, and common integration patterns is desirable.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams in a fast-moving, technology-focused environment.

• A learning-oriented mindset and willingness to develop technical expertise in e-commerce search, product discovery, and platform integrations.
