You will identify and engage high-quality candidates across global markets, with a focus on technical and IT profiles, and build strong candidate pipelines.

This role offers substantial autonomy in a fully remote environment, access to modern sourcing tools, and close collaboration with hiring managers to define needs and recruit top talent.

• End-to-end recruitment experience including sourcing, screening and onboarding.
• Experience hiring IT/technical profiles and building candidate pipelines.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders.
