Responsabilités

• Support the talent acquisition team with candidate sourcing and resume screening.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Help coordinate interviews and maintain organized candidate pipelines.
• Keep recruitment trackers and related records accurate and up to date.
• Communicate recruitment progress with the team on a regular basis.
• Commit consistent daily hours to support high-output recruitment.
• Contribute proactively to recruitment activities and maintain an efficient pipeline.
