Convelio is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment process for multiple functions across France, the UK, and the US. You will source, screen, and guide candidates while partnering with hiring managers to align on needs and timelines.

You will design job descriptions, ensure a positive candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding and process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-growing startup.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and geographies.
• Skilled at sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outbound approaches.
• Strong ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Source profiles for open positions across diverse fields in France, the UK and the US.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and drive recruitment as a team achievement.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions reflecting position requirements.
• Ensure a great candidate experience with proactive communication and follow-up.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer extension.
