Job summary

TUI Musement seeks a Supply Management Executive in France to own supplier relationships and create a local offer across destinations and venues, driving margins and supporting commercial targets.

You will manage onboarding, expand the regional supply base, and act as the destination expert to generate leads. The role is remote within France, requires strong negotiation, analytics, and digital-tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management within tourism or e-commerce.
• Proven negotiation skills and track record of closing deals and building partnerships.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities; comfortable with targets.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial growth by building relationships with suppliers in top destinations and venues in the region.
• Onboard suppliers and manage enrolment processes.
• Build and optimise supply of existing cities and venues and launch new destinations.
• Identify new leads and strategically acquire unique products for the region.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to apply best practices and stay ahead of tourism trends.
