Job summary

TUI Musement is hiring a Supply Management Executive for France. You will own operators/destinations, support commercial relations with suppliers, and contract components across excursions, tickets, and tours.

The role emphasizes building local offers and driving margins while operating in a remote-capable environment across France. You will work in a dedicated team to achieve end-to-end sourcing objectives, develop commercial relationships with local operators, and contribute to regional

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management in tourism or e-commerce.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing track record.
• Analytical and numerical skills, comfortable with targets.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with tour, activity and ticketing suppliers.
• Support suppliers’ enrolment and onboarding process.
• Build and optimize the supply of existing and new destinations.
• Identify new leads and strategic product acquisitions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices.
• Understand regional tourism trends and competition.
