TUI Musement is seeking a Supply Management Executive in France to own assigned operators and destinations, supporting commercial relations with suppliers and contracting components across excursions, tickets, tours, shorex and transfers. This role focuses on building local offers and driving margin while aligning with TUI Musement strategy.

You will work in an autonomous team, manage end‑to‑end sourcing objectives, and develop relationships with local operators and venues to deliver

Competenze

Experience in sales or account management, preferably in tourism/e-commerce.
Fluency in French and English.
Commercial mindset with proven negotiation skills.
Willingness to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Understanding of digital tools (CRM, contracting platforms).

Mansioni

Support commercial growth by building strong relationships with tour, activity and ticketing suppliers in top destinations and venues in the region.
Support suppliers’ enrolment and onboarding process.
Build and optimise the supply of pre-existing cities and venues and launch new destinations within the region.
Be an expert in your destination – generating new leads and strategic acquisition of new and unique products.
Liaise with stakeholders to implement best practices.
Understand the competitive landscape and tourism trends in the region.
