Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Solutions Engineering Lead based in France to shape the technical pre-sales strategy, own the SE function, and drive scalable architectures for cloud and internet infrastructure. You will partner with Sales, Success, and customers to translate complex challenges into business value and guide deals from discovery through closure.

The role is remote with Europe-wide collaboration, leading a high-performing team and building repeatable processes to scale with business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical pre-sales for complex cloud/ SaaS deals.
• Deep knowledge of CDNs, networking, and internet infrastructure.
• Security expertise including WAF, DDoS, bot mitigation, and API security.
• Experience with containerization, serverless, databases and related cloud tech.
• Track record of coaching technical professionals and scaling teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and pricing models.
• Strong communication with tech and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Solutions Engineering function with a scalable operating model.
• Drive technical pre-sales from discovery to deal closure.
• Design customer architectures addressing infra, performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Sales on strategy, pricing, packaging and value messaging.
• Mentor and grow the Solutions Engineering team.
• Develop playbooks, docs, workflows, and best practices for pre-sales.
• Improve onboarding and integrations between sales, customers and Success.
• Enable commercial teams with product knowledge and value propositions.
• Strengthen partner collaboration to create winning opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback.
