Job summary

Formance is seeking a Solutions Engineer with fintech/payments experience to join our team. You’ll work with prospective customers to map their financial flows and demonstrate how the company fits their requirements. You’ll partner closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams throughout the evaluation process.

Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking infrastructure, or digital-asset infrastructure.
• Strong API skills, ability to read and write code, and debug integrations.
• Experience communicating complex concepts clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with engineering and product teams to understand financial workflows and evaluation criteria.
• Build tailored demos and proofs of concept using the company’s APIs and tooling.
• Guide technical evaluations, answer questions, and help prospects assess product fit.
• Partner with sales to connect technical capabilities to business needs and move opportunities forward.
