Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Architect based in France to act as a fractional CTO across multiple technology startups. You will guide architecture, coach teams, and contribute to product-focused engineering decisions in a highly autonomous environment.

The role offers flexibility to work full-time or start part-time, with fully remote arrangements across Europe and opportunities to shape engineering strategy and recruitment while collaborating with founders and engineers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software development with senior leadership experience.
• Expert in either C#/.NET or Node.js.
• Strong React mastery; Angular or Vue is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as fractional CTO for 2–3 technology businesses, providing leadership and strategy.
• Translate business priorities into technical solutions with architectural guidance.
• Review and evolve software designs for scalability, security and maintainability.
• Mentor developers and conduct technical code reviews to raise engineering standards.
• Support complex technical challenges across multiple projects and teams.
• Contribute to recruitment, training, and engineering practices.
• Participate in candidate assessments and technical interviews when needed.
