Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Product Engineer (AI-Native) based in France to own features end-to-end and ship reliable AI-driven solutions. You will partner with AI agents, review their outputs, and manage architecture, integrations, and production readiness within a remote, international team.

You will independently drive initiatives, engage with external providers, and help evolve AI-first development practices while focusing on reliability and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering experience with ownership of complex production systems.
• Background as backend engineer or software architect.
• Hands-on use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) in daily workflow.
• Strong ownership and effective English communication within an international team.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end-to-end from problem to production.
• Identify what needs to be built independently without detailed specs.
• Collaborate with external partners and define integration requirements.
• Work with AI agents to specify and review technical solutions.
• Review AI outputs for reliability and quality, ensuring production readiness.
• Maintain architecture, deployments, and production readiness across owned features.
• Contribute to evolving AI-first development processes within the team.
