Alignerr seeks software engineers for a fully remote, hourly contract to build and evaluate AI-generated code. You will write, review, and improve code across Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript, providing expert feedback at scale.

You will diagnose bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks while designing challenging prompts to stress-test AI systems. Flexible, asynchronous work fits candidates who thrive independently.

Qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Able to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Write, review, and refine code across multiple languages and domains.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and safety.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining decisions and results.
• Design coding prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Rank and compare multiple AI solutions based on quality.
