Alignerr is hiring software engineers to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code from Nantes on a fully remote, hourly contract basis. You will write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback to help AI coding assistants become smarter, safer, and more reliable.

You’ll work independently with flexible hours, handling code across languages and problem domains while identifying issues and proposing fixes to drive AI software quality forward.

Qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript, or similar).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision.

Responsabilités

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and problem domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works or doesn’t.
