Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists to perform structured labeling and evaluation tasks that help improve AI systems. This fully remote, hourly contract role welcomes applicants from any background with keen attention to detail.

You will label, classify, and rate data across text, images, and audio, follow detailed guidelines, and provide feedback. No prior AI experience required—just reliability, strong English writing, and self-motivation. Flexible schedule and 10–40 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Complete structured labeling, classification, and rating tasks that train AI systems.
• Evaluate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio for quality and accuracy.
• Follow guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistent outputs.
• Flag errors or low-quality responses using feedback tools.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
