Job summary

HubSpot is seeking an Account Executive for France SMB market. You will drive outbound prospecting, run online product demos, and close deals that demonstrate HubSpot’s value to small and mid-sized businesses.

This is a full closing role with the option to be based from a home office, flex, or remote in France. You will identify challenges, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine our sales approach as new features roll out.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
• Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Identify challenges prospective customers face and propose marketing solutions using HubSpot.
• Close new business at or above quota level.
• Nurture relationships with qualified SMB opportunities.
• Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
• Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to evolve our sales strategy with new features.
• Contribute ideas and perspectives to HubSpot's mission.
