DeepHealth seeks a Senior Application Workflow Specialist to guide complex RIS, PACS, and AI-enabled deployments. You will analyze radiology workflows, optimize configurations, and lead change management with clinicians and administrators across multiple sites.

You will train radiologists and technologists, partner with delivery teams, and ensure adoption aligns with regulatory and internal standards. Remote work with occasional travel across France may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years in radiology/diagnostic imaging environments with clinical consulting and customer-facing support.
• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology.
• Deep clinical and technical understanding of radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, DICOM, and clinical reporting platforms.
• Experience implementing medical imaging software or clinical decision-support systems.
• Experience engaging senior healthcare leaders on workflow assessment and adoption outcomes.
• Experience guiding clinical teams through software transitions and workflow redesign.
• Strong communication translating software capabilities into clinical language for radiologists and leaders.
• Experience leading change management activities (stakeholder engagement, training, planning).
• Preferred: experience supporting enterprise healthcare sales cycles, demos, or pre-sales workflow discovery.

Responsabilités

• Conduct pre- and post-implementation workflow assessments in radiology departments to identify operational challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and document clinical workflow strategies to support adoption and optimization of PACS, RIS, and clinical reporting solutions.
• Act as a clinical SME during customer engagements, guiding radiologists and admins through change management.
• Lead clinical training for radiologists, technologists, and admins for onboarding and proficient use of solutions.
• Partner with implementation and technical teams to align product configurations with each facility's workflows and preferences.
• Serve as the primary clinical workflow resource for complex implementations from kick-off to go-live and support.
• Maintain customer workflow assessments, future-state designs, and training plans in systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Service and Delivery clinical workflow methods and knowledge base.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Support key customers with clear updates to sustain adoption and relationships.

Description du poste

The Senior Application Workflow Specialist supports complex RIS, PACS, and clinical AI implementations within Service and Delivery by providing clinical workflow analysis, optimization, and consulting. This role advises radiology departments and clinical stakeholders on how to configure and adopt DeepHealth solutions, and partners with Implementation, Support, Operations, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to improve diagnostic and operational outcomes and sustained user adoption.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct pre- and post-implementation workflow assessments in radiology departments to identify operational challenges, diagnostic delays, and opportunities to improve clinical and operational efficiency.

• Develop and document clinical workflow strategies that support adoption and optimization of PACS, RIS, and clinical reporting solutions.

• Act as a clinical subject matter expert during customer engagements, guiding radiologists, clinicians, department directors, and clinical administrators through change management.

• Lead clinical training for radiologists, technologists, and clinical administrators to support onboarding and proficient use of deployed solutions.

• Partner with implementation and technical teams so product configurations align with each facility's clinical workflows, protocols, and user preferences.

• Serve as the primary clinical workflow resource for assigned complex implementations from kick-off through go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation support.

• Maintain customer workflow assessments, future-state workflow designs, and training plans in project or ticketing systems.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of Service and Delivery clinical workflow methods, support processes, and the knowledge base.

• Ensure work complies with applicable regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Support key customers with clear updates and guidance to sustain adoption and positive clinical relationships.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience including a clinical or radiology background (required).

• 5+ years of experience in radiology and diagnostic imaging environments, including clinical consulting, workflow optimization, and customer-facing support for healthcare technology or medical imaging solutions (required).

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and completion of an accredited radiologic sciences program (required).

• Deep clinical and technical understanding of radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, DICOM standards, and clinical reporting platforms (required).

• Experience implementing medical imaging software or clinical decision-support systems (required).

• Demonstrated ability to engage senior healthcare leaders on clinical workflow assessment, optimization, and adoption outcomes (required).

• Proven experience guiding clinical teams through software transitions and workflow redesign (required).

• Strong communication skills, including translating software capabilities into clinical language for radiologists and operational leaders (required).

• Experience leading change management activities such as stakeholder engagement, workflow adoption, training, and communication planning (required).

• Preferred: Experience supporting complex, enterprise-level healthcare sales cycles, clinical demonstrations, or pre-sales workflow discovery.
