Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Game Development | Co-Development) to lead multi-disciplinary game production in a fully remote role based in France. You will oversee production planning, schedules, and coordination across art, engineering, and external partners to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality games.

You will manage production workflows, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications while fostering collaboration among distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading game development projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of game art production pipelines and production risk management.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, milestones and delivery across external partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with distributed international teams and remote collaboration.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning, production coordination, and delivery across game development initiatives.
• Provide teams with clear priorities, progress tracking, and practical solutions.
• Translate objectives into structured production plans and actionable tasks.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, resources, and timelines across disciplines.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to prevent delays.
• Maintain visibility into project health and delivery performance.
• Coordinate with Art Leads, Technical Leads, Producers, and external partners.
• Communicate proactively with external clients and co-development partners.
• Organize planning meetings and milestone discussions for informed decisions.
• Document feedback, decisions, and priorities for alignment across teams.
• Facilitate collaboration across distributed teams and time zones.
• Improve workflows, reporting, documentation and communication processes.
• Establish standards for task management and progress reporting.
• Support resource planning and workload balancing.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
• Foster a healthy production environment with accountability and autonomy.
