Jobgether is seeking a Creative Producer in France for a fully remote, product-focused environment. You will lead creative projects across brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, and product launches, coordinating designers, developers, copywriters, and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in creative production or related roles in tech, agency, or in-house studios.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into clear project plans.
• Proactive problem-solving with attention to detail in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative projects from briefing through production and final delivery.
• Coordinate incoming creative requests and assess priorities for resource allocation.
• Plan project schedules with the Creative Director and balance priorities.
• Coordinate designers, developers, copywriters, and external collaborators.
• Define goals, clarify requirements, and align timelines, roles, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, tasks, and status updates.
• Monitor progress, identify blockers, and implement solutions to stay on track.
• Facilitate communication between creative teams and stakeholders.
• Support management of creative resources by balancing demand and capacity.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and collaboration processes.
• Uphold high standards of creative execution and craftsmanship.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing creative environment.
