Accountabilities:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of project planning, production coordination, and delivery across game development and co-development initiatives. • Translate project objectives into structured production plans, clear priorities, and actionable tasks.
  • Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, resource requirements, and delivery timelines across multiple disciplines.
  • Identify production bottlenecks early and implement practical solutions to prevent delays or disruptions.

  • Facilitate collaboration between distributed teams working across different time zones.
  • Improve production workflows, reporting practices, documentation, and communication processes.
  • Establish effective standards for task management, project tracking, and progress reporting.
  • Support resource planning and workload balancing across production teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, predictability, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Foster a healthy production environment that encourages accountability, autonomy, and creative problem-solving without micromanagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering commercially released games or substantial external development projects.
  • Strong understanding of game art production pipelines, including concept art, 3D art, animation, visual effects, and technical art.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, schedules, dependencies, deliverables, and production risks.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience using Jira, Notion, ShotGrid, or similar project management and production tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, demonstrate initiative, and drive projects toward completion.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed and international teams.
  • Fluency in English.

Additional experience that would be advantageous includes:
