Job summary

Jobgether in partnership with a France-based platform is seeking a Game Producer: Platform Games to drive end-to-end development of engaging, short-session titles for digital platforms. You will transform concepts into releases, manage production from strategy to live operations, and collaborate with internal teams and external studios across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Game Producer or Associate Producer in casual/mobile/platform games.
• Experience shipping titles with internal teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of Unity and HTML5 pipelines.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum, sprint planning and delivery in active production.
• Strong PM, organizational and communication skills across time zones.
• Experience coordinating platform launches, submissions and certification.
• Ability to use dashboards and revenue/engagement metrics to guide decisions.
• Independent work style in a fast-paced international setting.
• Excellent collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of multiple game titles from planning to live operations.
• Develop strategies, evaluate concepts, and pitch new titles/IPs.
• Coordinate internal/external teams to stay on schedule and aligned.
• Lead Agile/Scrum processes, sprint planning and roadmaps across titles.
• Maintain production trackers and dashboards for transparency.
• Manage relationships with platform partners and submission processes.
• Coordinate external studios/vendors; work with legal/licensing teams.
• Monitor KPIs and provide weekly performance reports.
• Identify risks and mitigate delays; oversee release management.
• Explore new distribution channels to grow the portfolio.
• Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to prioritize improvements.
