Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Owner for HRIS, based in France with a fully remote arrangement. You will own the HRIS development, translate business needs into clear requirements, and guide cross‑functional delivery from discovery through launch and evaluation.

You will shape the roadmap, coordinate teams, plan migrations, and drive adoption while improving workflows and platform usability across business units.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as Product Owner or similar.
• Experience managing complete product lifecycle from discovery to results evaluation.
• Translate requests from non-technical stakeholders into clear requirements for development teams.
• Experience with complex workflows, data models, or access-control systems.
• Roadmap development, backlog management, and prioritization across stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct managerial authority.
• Understanding of web systems, APIs, integrations, UX/UI fundamentals.
• Ability to define success metrics and communicate findings clearly.
• Ownership and proactive risk management.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify requirements from business owners and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into structured product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap across the delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Audit tools and integrations with IT for improvements or replacements.
• Estimate timelines, resources, and dependencies with the team.
• Provide estimates and data to support business planning.
• Plan migrations and adoption activities for new platforms.
• Analyze platform usage and measure impact on efficiency.
• Report progress, deviations, risks, and decisions to the owner.
