Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner, seeks a hands-on Product Owner (Customer Experience) based in France. You will own the end-to-end customer journey across a portfolio of consumer-facing products and translate insights into measurable business growth.

You will explore analytics, develop evidence-based hypotheses, and guide initiatives from concept to launch. Collaborate with developers, analysts and designers to deliver backlog-driven value for a million-strong audience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner/PM in B2C products.
• A hands-on approach to ownership from idea to execution.
• Practical experience with AI-powered product analytics.
• Strong understanding of product metrics and funnels.
• Knowledge of unit economics and profitability impact.
• Experience owning business metrics like revenue or net profit.
• Strong prioritization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and initiative in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey end-to-end, from registration to ongoing engagement.
• Identify friction points and growth opportunities across the funnel.
• Explore product analytics with AI tools to uncover insights.
• Translate findings into hypotheses and actionable opportunities.
• Write clear product briefs and drive initiatives through to release.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts and designers to implement improvements.
• Prioritize backlog based on user and business value.
• Link product initiatives to measurable outcomes like revenue and profit.
• Monitor performance and iterate on impact.
