Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product & Technology Lead based in France to own the product strategy and technical execution across a growing portfolio of digital products. You will drive architecture, development, and production quality while collaborating with senior leadership and external partners to accelerate launches and optimize revenue performance.

You will manage end-to-end product lifecycles, lead external teams, and evolve scalable platform architectures that support multiple product lines

Qualifications

• Technically strong leader with hands-on engineering knowledge and product-launch experience.
• Ability to connect technical decisions with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing external development teams or vendors.
• Proven track record launching digital products, preferably B2C/subscription-based.
• Experience with recurring payments, production monitoring, and incident management.
• Knowledge of scalable, shared architectures for multiple products/markets.
• Familiarity with analytics and payment platforms (GA4, Stripe, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Experience with A/B testing platforms and SQL for data analysis.
• Proficiency with AI tools for development, prototyping, and workflows.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; autonomous and results-oriented.
• Fluent written/spoken English; comfortable working with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and launch of new subscription products and funnels.
• Audit existing technologies, processes, infrastructure, and vendor relationships.
• Define improvements, implement changes, and manage delivery timelines.
• Oversee development processes, testing, and release management.
• Manage external development and DevOps partners; review proposals and estimates.
• Design scalable platform architectures for multiple product lines and locales.
• Make architectural and tool decisions for integrations, infra, and databases.
• Ensure production reliability, hosting, monitoring, and incident response.
• Oversee recurring billing systems and PSP integrations for payments.
• Lead analytics, event tracking, data flows, and growth-related metrics.
• Build MVPs rapidly using AI-assisted development and prototyping tools.
• Collaborate with growth/analytics on acquisition, attribution, and funnel optimization across channels.
• Work with security on access controls and infrastructure protection.
• Analyze conversion, retention, churn, and LTV to decide scaling or sunset decisions.
• Develop repeatable technical frameworks and launch playbooks for faster future launches.
• Align product and technology priorities with business goals alongside senior leadership.
