Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager – Administration & Governance to shape how organizations adopt a shared development platform in France. You will drive enterprise admin strategy, enabling self-service onboarding while ensuring identity, permissions, auditing, and spending controls for IT and platform teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management for developer tools, platforms, or internal developer ecosystems.
• Experience delivering self-service products with governance for IT and platform teams.
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure and identity management.
• Ability to translate complex systems into clear user workflows.
• Experience applying AI to accelerate development and governance decisions.
• Strong written communication and asynchronous collaboration in remote teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal admin and enterprise adoption.
• Design self-service onboarding and governance controls for projects and access.
• Create a unified administration experience with visibility into usage and resources.
• Define ownership, permissions, and organizational boundaries for teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Security, and Finance to meet enterprise requirements.
• Establish governance as projects scale from pilot to production.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to turn customer learnings into scalable experiences.
• Define success metrics and end-to-end product measurement.
