Jobgether is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel based in France for a fully remote role. You will own international gaming regulation, licensing, and corporate matters, advising senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The role offers broad international exposure, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape a proactive legal function.

You will oversee licensing, market-entry, and sophisticated international agreements while coordinating with regulators and external advisers across jurisdictions.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience advising on gambling regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Licensing applications, regulatory assessments, and market-entry requirements.
• Strong background in corporate and commercial matters, including international B2B agreements.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert legal advice on international gaming regulation and iGaming across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee licensing and market-entry matters and advise on regulatory obligations.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex B2B contracts with game providers and operators.
• Advise on regulatory implications of commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Coordinate with regulators, external advisers, and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Support corporate governance, entity structures, and international projects.
