Jobgether is seeking a Head of EEA Legal, Deputy General Counsel based in France to lead the legal function across the EEA. You will shape regulatory strategy for digital assets, advise executives, and ensure compliance for licensing and product development in a fast-growing international business.

You will oversee corporate governance, contractual matters, and external representation, working with global stakeholders and regional teams. Strong leadership and regulatory expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive legal leadership in financial services or crypto.
• Experience with EU regulators and crypto licensing.
• Strong regulatory judgment in digital assets.
• Ability to manage multi-jurisdictional teams.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal function across the EEA and oversee regional lawyers.
• Advise on licensing, regulatory strategy, and product approvals.
