• Proven experience in a Product Lead / Group Product Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong product management experience in the iGaming industry.
• Ability to mentor Product Managers and build high-performing teams.
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and end-to-end execution.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in product metrics, A/B testing, experimentation, and hypothesis validation.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business goals and market insights into clear product strategies.
• Strategic mindset with execution capabilities and strong judgment.
• Excellent communication and leadership with a proactive approach.
