Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner, seeks a Middle Legal Counsel based in France to support commercial, IP, and regulatory matters for a mobile gaming ecosystem. You will negotiate contracts, manage IP portfolios, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions while coordinating with internal teams and international partners.

Qualifications

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (service, marketing, licensing, NDA).
• Practical experience with Diia City regulations (residency, gig contracts, enterprise status).
• IP law expertise: trademarks, software copyright, licensing, infringement matters.
• English proficiency (B2+) for drafting, correspondence, and negotiations with international partners.
• Ability to explain risks in business terms and propose practical solutions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline management.
• Independent, accountable, and able to manage legal matters with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate service agreements, marketing/advertising contracts, licensing/publishing agreements, and NDAs.
• Coordinate contract negotiations with international counterparties (advertising networks, influencers, UA partners).
• Manage contractor documentation (Deel, Diia City gig contracts, amendments).
• Ensure proper transfer of IP rights and intra-group licensing.
• Maintain contract register and monitor obligations, renewal dates.
• Support Diia City residency compliance and regulatory reporting with auditors/government authorities.
• Collaborate with HR on employee reservation processes and military registration.
• Monitor mobilization/regulatory developments and advise on business impact.
• Oversee trademark registrations and IP records in EU/US, protect trade secrets.
• Handle IP claims, prepare appeals for game platforms and DMCA actions.
• Monitor corporate compliance deadlines across group entities.
• Review Privacy Policies and Terms of Use for mobile games.
