Kestra Technologies in Paris is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate who will play a pivotal role in driving the firm’s growth and operational efficiency. This individual will focus on optimizing internal workflows, identifying opportunities to delegate tasks, and ensuring that planners can concentrate on business development.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities include managing client service operations and enhancing the client experience through proactive service and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services with a solid understanding of broker-dealer operations.
• Experience within an independent financial planning firm is highly desirable.
• Previous management or leadership experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily firm operations and manage support staff responsibilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service requests.
• Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate records.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Directly manage and oversee the Client Service Associate and Client Service Administrator.
