Job summary

Hyland Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive growth across France with a proactive, people-first approach. You will own account planning, develop a strong pipeline with regular customer touchpoints, and lead software demonstrations in collaboration with engineers to close deals.

You will build relationships with customers and partners, forecast accurately, and travel up to 50% to engage at events and customer sites, while aligning solutions with evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as an Account Manager or similar sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and partners.
• Experience presenting software solutions and managing an opportunity pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed quota and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
• Initiate regular contact with customers and partners to grow pipeline and manage accounts.
• Partner with solution engineers to deliver compelling software demonstrations and advance opportunities.
• Understand customer business and technical needs and pursue expansion opportunities.
• Contribute to RFP responses and participate in trade shows to engage customers.
