Jobgether is seeking a Sales Operations Manager based in France to own the systems, data, and technical infrastructure that power a high-performing sales organization. You will configure dialing platforms, route leads, and ensure accurate reporting across calls, texts, and subscriptions.

You will partner with sales leadership to translate business requirements into practical workflows, dashboards, and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales operations, revenue ops, or technical ops for inside sales or call centers.
• Configure phone systems, dialers, CRMs, and sales tech directly, not only via support.
• Experience with troubleshooting deliverability and spam flags in calls or texts.
• Strong spreadsheet, data, reporting, and dashboard skills with accurate metrics.
• Understand A2P 10DLC, consent, deliverability, and branded calling concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail to spot data issues and broken workflows.
• Hands-on, analytical, independent in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in telehealth, supplements, or subscription-based business is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own deliverability tracking and troubleshooting across calls and texts.
• Configure and maintain sales systems, dialers, CRM integrations, and tracking.
• Build lead-routing, speed-to-lead, follow-up cadences, and auto lead assignment.
