Qualifications

• 8+ years in software delivery environments with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of modern software development, system design, and architecture.
• Experience delivering projects in Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP and DevOps/CI-CD concepts.
• Proven ability to manage delivery planning, execution, dependencies and risks.
• Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery across client engagements with scope, risks, and outcomes.
• Lead delivery rhythms: planning, tracking, releases, forecasts, and dependencies.
• Ensure engineering standards and technical direction are followed.
• Translate business problems into technical direction delivering business value.
• Lead product demonstrations and client-facing sessions.
• Coach and develop technical teams; manage performance and growth.
• Oversee resource allocation and capacity across concurrent engagements.
• Establish delivery governance, KPIs, and reporting to improve predictability.
• Identify opportunities for innovation including AI use cases.
