Job summary

Equipaj is seeking a Sales Engineer based in Northern France to support the commercial team with technical expertise, customer engagement, and white label project coordination. The role is fully remote and involves frequent travel across France and French-speaking Belgium to support customers and partners.

With a minimum of 3 years in a technical or pre-sales role, you will provide technical guidance, deliver product presentations, and coordinate with internal teams on white label charging

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in the EV charging or electromobility industry is considered a strong advantage.
• Technical or engineering background preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer inquiries support to sales teams.
• Deliver technical product presentations to customers and partners.
• Participate in customer visits and technical discussions.
• Support tender processes and prepare technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for white label projects.
• Handle basic low-code customization and configuration tasks.
