Job summary

AMPECO is seeking a Solutions Architecture Lead in France to guide customers through architecture, design, and delivery of complex EV charging platform projects. You will lead engagements from pre-sales to go-live, define migration strategies, and own planning, estimation, and risk assessment to support bids.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or delivery roles in e-mobility, B2B SaaS, or infrastructure software.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, with clear status and progress.
• Comfortable leading workshops and enablement sessions for varied audiences (technical and non-technical).
• Skilled at translating ambiguous client needs into concrete, actionable technical plans.
• Fluent English plus French and/or German.
• Willingness to travel regularly to meet prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through architecture, design, and delivery of complex projects from pre-sales to go-live.
• Own planning, estimation, and risk assessment to support bidding and contracting.
• Lead onboarding and migration for new AMPECO customers and hand over to BAU after go-live.
• When required, plan and deliver additional integrations or complex initiatives for existing customers.
