Job summary

Daze, a leader in electric mobility and smart charging, is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Eastern & South-Eastern France. You will work primarily in your assigned territory, visiting clients and driving local growth, while collaborating with the French team in Paris and the HQ in Italy.

You will develop commercial strategies, identify opportunities, and manage distributors, installers, EPCs, negotiating contracts and tracking trends to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales roles.
• Deep knowledge of the French market and local channels.
• Excellent negotiation and customer-management skills.
• Fluent French and good English.
• Based in or willing to operate in Eastern & South-Eastern France with travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies for Eastern and South-Eastern France in alignment with the French leadership.
• Identify new business opportunities in the EV charging and photovoltaic sectors within your area.
• Manage and develop a customer portfolio (distributors, installers, EPCs, strategic partners).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial conditions.
• Monitor the regional market, competition, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the Paris-based French team and marketing for leads and branding.
• Participate in regional trade fairs and industry events.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Prepare periodic reports on commercial performance for regional management.
