Jobtailor seeks a local representative for ALB in France, responsible for onboarding properties and building relationships with owners. You will coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and guest relations, while managing your own portfolio with autonomy.

The role offers partial remote work and field-based activities, rewarding persistence and a strong local network. Prior sales or real estate exposure helps, but willingness to learn and adaptability are key.

Qualifications

• Persuasiveness: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes.
• Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field — your willingness to learn and to do a good job is what matters.
• Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.

Responsabilités

• Become ALB's local representative for your area.
• Identify and bring new properties under management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...).
• Manage your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
• Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / field-based).
