Jobtailor is seeking a proactive local contact for ALB’s territory in France. You will identify and onboard new properties into management, coordinate cleaning and maintenance, and manage relationships with property owners and guests. You’ll run the portfolio like your own business with the freedom to organize your time and work from anywhere (partial remote/field-based).

You will be the face of the company in your area, fostering growth while ensuring guest satisfaction and property standards.

• Autonomous / self-motivated.

Responsabilités

• Be ALB's local point of contact for your territory.
• Identify and onboard new properties into management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations, etc.).
• Manage your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, relations with property owners and guests).
• Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote / field-based).
