Jobtailor is seeking an ALB contact person for the Douai area to identify and onboard new properties for management, and to oversee coordination of cleaning, maintenance, and owner/guest relations. The role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere with field activities as needed.

You will manage your portfolio with autonomy, shaping your schedule while relying on a strong, established process framework.

• Persuasive: you know how to convince owners to entrust you with property management.
• Open to everyone: your background doesn’t matter as long as you’re eager to learn and do a good job.
• Autonomous: you want freedom over your schedule with solid organization and proven processes.

Responsabilités

• Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, unique accommodations).
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relations with owners and guests to manage your portfolio as your own business.
• Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partially remote / field work).
