Jobtailor is seeking a proactive property management specialist to become the primary reference in your area for ALB's portfolio. You will identify and onboard new properties, then manage the portfolio like your own business, coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and owner/guest relationships.

Responsabilités

• You will become ALB's primary reference in your area.
• Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unusual accommodations).
• Management: Run your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, relationships with owners and guests).
• Freedom: Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / fieldwork).
