ALB is seeking a dynamic area manager in Provence-Alpes-C%C3%B4te d%27Azur to oversee property portfolios ranging from apartments to unique accommodations. You will act as the main contact for owners and guests, coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and owner relations, while managing your schedule with partial remote work.

The role emphasizes the ability to persuade owners, a willingness to learn across backgrounds, and autonomy within a strong organizational framework.

Responsabilités

• You will become ALB's main contact in your area.
• Development: Identify and bring new properties under management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...).
• Management: Run your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relations with owners and guests).
• Freedom: Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote / fieldwork).
