ALB is seeking a locally-based property portfolio manager in France to act as the primary contact for the area, identify and onboard properties, and manage each portfolio with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and owner/guest relations while maintaining autonomy over your schedule.

The role offers partial remote work and field activities, with support from established processes to help you organize time and travel efficiently.

• Persuasive: you know how to convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
• Open to all backgrounds: willingness to learn and to do a great job matters most.
• Autonomous: you want control over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.

Responsabilités

• Become ALB's local point of contact for your area.
• Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique properties, unconventional accommodation, etc.).
• Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordination of cleaning, maintenance, relations with property owners and guests).
• Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / fieldwork).
