Jobtailor is seeking a proactive local contact for the ALB area to identify and onboard new properties for management, including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unusual accommodations.

You will manage your portfolio as if it were your own business by coordinating cleaning, maintenance and relationships with owners and guests, and you will organize your time with partial remote/field-based work.

Qualifications

• Persuasive: ability to convince property owners to entrust management.
• Open to all backgrounds: willingness to learn and perform well across diverse fields.
• Autonomous: desires flexible scheduling while being supported by a structured organization.

Responsabilités

• Become ALB's local point of contact for the area.
• Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical accommodations).
• Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relationships with owners and guests).
