Nomad Internet is seeking a highly motivated Process Creator and Trainer for a remote position. You will develop and deliver training programs aligned with our core values, assess needs, and drive continuous improvement in processes and learning outcomes.

You will design curricula, materials, and learning solutions, collaborate with teams, and ensure training effectiveness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in process creation and designing training modules.
• Experience with instructional design and learning principles.
• Ability to manage the full training cycle from analysis to evaluation.
• Familiarity with learning management systems, preferably Zoho Learn.
• Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Identify training needs by evaluating team strengths and gaps.
• Translate requirements into trainings to advance career paths.
• Create processes and develop training programs and teaching plans.
• Develop or oversee instructional materials, aids and manuals.
• Deliver structured learning experiences and monitor quality results.
• Acclimate new hires and conduct orientation sessions.
• Deliver training courses to employees.
• Assess training effectiveness and integrate learned skills into work behavior.
• Periodically evaluate programs to reflect changes.
