Odixcity Consulting is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead remote training initiatives and career progression for a global workforce. You will design, implement, and evaluate dynamic programs, aiming to close skill gaps and foster a culture of continuous remote learning.

With 3–5 years in L&D and strong LMS/authoring tools knowledge, you will collaborate with C-level leaders and manage the remote onboarding, budget, and ROI measurement to drive impactful growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational psychology, education, or related field.
• 3–5 years in L&D with remote or distributed work experience.
• Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools.
• Proven ability to coach and evaluate virtual teams.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with executives to identify skill gaps and align L&D with business aims.
• Design and deliver engaging training curricula for a distributed workforce.
• Lead remote onboarding to ensure global new hires integrate smoothly.
• Oversee LMS, ensure accessibility, tracking, and usability.
• Forecast and optimize the annual L&D budget; manage external contracts.
• Measure ROI, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement in programs.
