Paradox is seeking a Top Gun Business Developer to generate new opportunities by identifying and enrolling students for our trainings. You will join a sales team that values autonomy, AI-native techniques, and proactive outreach to build a scalable pipeline.

You will organize LinkedIn/email campaigns, run meetings via CRM, and participate in events—online and in person—while continually refining your pitch and approach with AI support.

Qualifications

• Must be autonomous, able to lead multiple priorities without micromanagement.
• Strong AI-enabled selling mindset; comfortable using AI to refine pitches and workflows.
• Interest in personal development, coaching, or Edtech markets.
• Proven ability to close sales and guide customers through decision processes.

Responsabilités

• Attract, find, and convince new students to join trainings.
• Source and proactively attract new students for the team and yourself.
• Use CRM and AI tools to be productive and scalable in sales.
• Overcome objections with diligence and continuously improve the approach.
• Participate in Paradox's in-person and online events; assist and host webinars.
