Jobgether is seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms. You will plan campaigns, implement tracking, and continuously test to improve ROI from diverse markets.

This fully remote role in France offers collaboration with performance marketers, content, analytics, and web teams, plus ongoing learning, new growth opportunities, and measurable impact on digital marketing performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads including search, display, and remarketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, tag management systems, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written communication and ad-copywriting skills with CRO awareness.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and A/B testing.

Responsabilidades

• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, audience targeting, budgets and bidding strategies.
• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and social platforms.
• Create compelling ad copy and test variations to improve engagement and conversions.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust bids and budgets.
• Collaborate with content, design and development teams to optimize landing pages.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and tagging for reliable reporting.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance insights for stakeholders.
• Forecast spend, traffic, leads and ROI using historical data.
