Launch With Us is seeking a Paid Search Media Buyer (Google) to lead the development, management, and scaling of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Demand Gen for a portfolio of D2C brands.

You will partner with Growth Strategists, Creative Strategists, and founders to drive profitable customer acquisition, optimise budgets, and uncover growth opportunities through search intent. This remote-first contractor role offers fast progression based on impact.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands.
• Proven ability to manage six- and seven-figure annual budgets.
• Strong expertise across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Experience in a performance marketing agency or high-growth DTC brand.
• Solid understanding of CAC, MER, NC-ROAS, LTV and AOV.
