Job summary

Jobgether SRL in France seeks a Performance & Growth Marketer to drive growth by connecting paid media performance with business outcomes. You will own acquisition strategies and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, collaborating with growth strategists and senior stakeholders to turn data into commercial insights.

You will forecast budgets, contribute to attribution, and push full-funnel optimization to improve CAC, LTV, MER, and ROAS while supporting broader growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Experience managing and scaling campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Proven in-house or brand-side experience with DTC/eCommerce is preferred.
• Solid understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, and payback periods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to present to founders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Develop and execute structured testing strategies across channels, assets, audiences, offers, and funnels.
• Manage substantial paid media budgets and allocate investments to meet commercial objectives.
• Monitor performance, diagnose inefficiencies, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvements.
• Analyze CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, margin, and payback periods to drive profitability.
• Connect advertising results to revenue and profitability, informing business decisions.
• Create forecasts, financial models, and budget recommendations to support planning.
• Collaborate with CRO, creative, and growth teams to optimize the customer journey from acquisition to retention.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for founders and senior stakeholders.
