Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a global health and fitness business to hire a User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads) based in France. You will own paid acquisition strategies, manage large budgets, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Search, Demand Gen, and GDN.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in User Acquisition or performance marketing.
• Hands-on Google Ads management across Search, GDN and Demand Gen.
• Experience managing budgets ≥ $300,000 per month.
• Experience with web funnels and conversion optimization.
• Strong knowledge of CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI and LTV.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and scale performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, GDN).
• Manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding $300,000, ensuring profitability.
• Own acquisition performance and hit target CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
• Monitor campaigns and analyze metrics to improve efficiency and returns.
• Optimize web funnels and landing pages to boost conversions.
• Identify profitable structures, audiences, and scalable growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop and test creatives aligned with objectives.
• Evaluate performance trends and implement optimization strategies.
• Identify new growth opportunities across campaigns and markets.
• Shape overall user acquisition strategy and financial performance.
